My Client-First Philosophy
Beverly Chandran is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and has a proven track record of securing and managing accounts in Fortune 100 companies prior to practicing real estate. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional that Beverly has transferred into her real estate practice: a technology pro, efficient and productive results oriented, integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I am trained to work for you. That said, in my experience as a real estate professional for 11+ years, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first and providing great service all the time. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. Also, technology has helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
I a member of the greater Philadelphia ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® and I practice real estate without compromising codes of real estate ethics and best practices in conducting business. Currently an active member for the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors - Governor's Affairs Committee which involves lobbying for housing rights of Philadelphians as it relates to current issues. The committee votes on City Council legislative policies such as local and state issues that affect Philadelphia residents; tax delinquencies, tax abatements, The Land Bank, and other issues that affect Philadelphia residents. I am GREEN Certified through the National Association of Realtors.
I am trained to execute complex real estate transactions and hold the MCNE designation (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) so that you don't have to worry about the "small stuff" and you will feel confident that I will take care of the details that will make you feel good about your real estate experience. Working with an agent who is experienced in conducting multi-million business transactions and holds the master level negotiation designation in real estate is a very unique combination of skills that I proudly utilize to make real estate transactions happen for 1st time homeowners, homeowners stepping up into a new home, as well as savvy real estate investors.
